Last Wednesday, 12-3-08, Matt signed papers on his new house. He got the keys on Friday afternoon. He ripped out all the carpet and has been painting. He will get new carpet installed this week and will then move in all of his furniture. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. We are so proud of him!
